Loft Conversion in Little Clacton

Loft Conversion completed in Little Clacton for a customer. The added space created 4 large bedrooms to the property and massive value to the property overall.

• Supplied and installed new dormers to the front and back of the house.
• Re worked all upstairs bedrooms as per customers layout.
• Created a small shower room
• Re-wired all rooms to allow for electricity throughout
• Fully insulate, plasterboard and new plaster to all walls.
• Supplied and installed new skirting, architrave and doors.
