Large extension and renovation in Wivenhoe

This large extension was completed In Wivenhoe by the team, we gutted the property to allow for an extension to be built on the side and back. The customer requested an open plan downstairs with level ceilings throughout. 15 steel beams installed, new kitchen, 3 bathrooms and full renovation of the house and garden.

The extension added an extra 2,000 sq/ft to the property as well as allowing for a complete renovation of the downstairs area. The original property was in a poor state of repair and the extension has given it a new lease on life. The customer is delighted with the results and we are very proud of our work.
